Summary Toby sees Jim and Pam kiss covertly in the break space, and fires off an unsolicited memo cautioning about shows and tell of love within the workplace. The whole office immediately speculates on the factor for the notification. Toby (whose crush on Pam has been previously developed) informs everybody it's since of Jim and Pam, obviously in an effort to pity them.
Jim and Pam later ask Toby whether they require to submit the very same paperwork Michael and Jan as soon as had, but Toby tries to put it off, hoping the relationship won't last. Ryan Howard returns to the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin for the first time since his promotion, sporting a far more urbane look and mindset (which does not prevent him from receiving a noogie from Kevin).
Michael is at first excited about the prospect of getting a Black, Berry, but is cautioned by Creed that the function of the program is really to get rid of older workers. Kelly tries to restart her relationship with Ryan, an effort he ignores until she (untruly) tells him she's pregnant.
Jim informs Pam that Dwight and Angela are privately dating, just to find that she has understood this for quite a long time. Meanwhile, Dwight tries to make amends for the death of Angela's cat Sprays by providing her a roaming feline he found in his barn. Additional Info named the cat Garbage since that's what it consumes.
Creed dyes his hair jet-black (using ink cartridges) in an effort to persuade everyone that he's much younger. After a discussion with Jan, Michael decides to officially challenge Dunder Mifflin Infinity by claiming that Ryan is being ageist. Michael brings the octogenarian co-founder of Dunder Mifflin into a meeting to make his point about old things still working, but pushes Dunder out after tiring of his rambling stories.
